At Iluxeva, your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items
Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in original condition are not eligible for return.
